dealer pissing me off - brake noise after B maintenance

2 weeks ago, it was time to do my B maintenance which includes oil change + tire rotation + brake inspection + etc. I paid $203 w/ tax in total for the service. and WHAT DID I GET!??! f#@ing noise from the brake! i hear it when i brake hard. i dun hear anythng when i brake slow. i never had this noise before the B maintenance service. I took it back to the dealer. but they said they couldn't hear anything! i'm taking it back to the dealer again this week. but it is really pissing me off. I paid for the the service but what they have done to my car is make it worse. i'm totally wasting my time and money! i'm not a CAR guy so does anyone know why it's doing it? so i can tell my stupid dealer ? hellllp mee!! thank you!!

You must have like 12,000 miles. If you drive in the city or drive hard you might need new front pads.

I have no idea what it is.Sounds frustrating though.Do you wait at the service place when you bring your car in?If not you should.Make them go on as many test drives as it takes for them to hear what you hear.

What they perform a brake service, they usually take everything apart, clean an adjust them. When the parts are reinstalled, they should use grease on all the small parts so they function smoother and operate quieter. They can also add a shim kit if the pads are weraing unevenly which can cause noise.

so this is noting to worry about? if they have used the 'shim kit' , the noise would disappear later ? sorry about all these questions lol i really have no clue about cars although i love to drive one.

B maintenance happens at wat milage again?

if it's less than 15k, brake inspection usually mean VISUAL inspection
(not sure about honda, but my dealer's brake inspection is usually
visual. therefore, i never take my car in until 30k miles when they
actually do some real work..well, partially. i just do my own inspections).

you might be hearing the noise from your rotated tires?

when they "INSPECT" they usually don't take apart the brakes... DEPENDS on the dealership but mostly they just do visual inspections and see if the pads are worn or not.

screeching noise could be from moisture in between rotor and pads but i doubt it

I have 26k miles and my front brakes are at 8mm still.

My back brakes are actually down to 4, which is really wacked out.
