Lol I thought this was going to be about how far away it is and how you have to reach to grab it. Anyone else here hate that?

To turn it off you must do something ridiculous, wear it.

Wear it?

It's an annoying beep for a reason. I get pissed at my front passenger when they don't put it on because I have to listen to it beep because they don't care enough to put it on.

I find it hilarious that people just can't seem to put on their seat belt. Putting on your seatbelt should be 2nd nature, doesn't matter if you're moving your car a foot or a mile, just put the dam thing on.

It's already been posted but I'm going to post it again. You can turn the damn annoying noise off by WEARING YOU DAMN SEATBELT!!!!!

Sometimes you don't feel like it??? Too bad, check out what can happen to you if you "don't" wear your seatbelt. I got this link off another conversation on the forum!

Why you should wear your seatbelt!

There are two good solutions to making the chime go away without mechanical work.

1) wear the seatbelt properly (suggested)

or

2) wrap the seatbelt behind the seatback then buckle it in (not suggested)

Simple.
