AEM CAI
I have an AEM CAI on my 06 Si. When my car is cold it seems to be really jerky, like it takes a second to accelerate and when it takes off its really jerky. I noticed this when I first got the car and I didn't have an intake on it, but now the the AEM CAI is on it seems to be a lot worse. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows why it is happening??? Or if a different intake, like an Injen, would help fix the problem??

Are you accelerating hard/semi-hard when cold? You're getting a lot more cold air now, and since the engine is still cold, it's getting REAL cold now!
Let me guess, it's gone when it warms up? VTEC won't even engage (I think) when it's cold. Last edited by si_civic; 10-19-2006 at 10:35 AM. Reason: SHUTIT! |
