I've been using my ScanGauge II for about 2 months now. I love seeing all the parameters and tracking my MPG.
Two questions came up. 1. While it is 68-75°F outside, my IAT is around 110-135°F. It drop to the high 90s when driving. Is this normal? The temps seem high to me. Could a clogged air filter cause this? 2. When I have the car off the TPS reads 17. When started it reads 14. When at WOT it reads around 78. Shouldn't this be reading from 0-100?!? Is this normal? Thanks all! |

I'm not sure about this car specifically, but WOT does not mean WOT. A lot like a governor, this keeps some people in check and keeps them from putting too much stress on the motor.
Those temps sound about about right on a stock intake. |

OP, What trim level is your car? manual or automatic? If its an auto its possible that it prevents you from opening the throttle all the way at low RPM to prevent it from bogging down.
