Engine Smoking

I have an 07 civic si with 31,000kms I put the C.T supercharge on at about 26,000. The other day I went to start it and at idle it sounds like its missing or something then when you take off blue smokes just pours out, but once your get up to speed 80 km/h it sounds fine. Does this sound like seals gone?
