where does the obd2 scanner plug into?

the guy at advance auto couldnt find it and i looked for about 10 min and couldnt find it.trying to get a code read because i have a rough idle since i put a flex pipe on my car.hoping thats all that it is ,maybe a decrease in back pressure? im pretty much straight piped except for the skunk 2 iniversal muffller.Thanks in advace.

its under the steering wheel to the right. should be labeld.
