Another Ticking Noise!!

Hey guys, I have 06 Si and it's been making ticking noise pretty bad these days. Whenever I have the clutch in, the ticking goes away but once I let it go, it ticks. But it does not tick when I'm moving. Any ideas?

sounds like a throw out bearing or at least i think
