2nd 4th and 6th gear problems

alright i was driving my car down a empty street, i decide to gun the car and while i shifted from first into second in a quick motion i felt like something was wrong so i slowed down and now when i try getting it into any of the even gears its rough and just dosent feel right. I also compared my shifter to my freinds and mine is sitting alot lower. Does anybody know what it can be??

Going into 2nd and 3rd for my car is also choppy too, I made a thread about it recently thinking I had bad synchros, but turns it out this is normal sadly.

I drive 08 FG2 ~20,000odo, seldom careless grinds but all in all still super smooth shifting. I have short shifter and amsoil syncromesh and love the car.

Chris
if it's just the even gears, it sounds like one of the bushings and/or the cable is screwy. take apart the center console and have a look.
