I broke a lug/wheel bolt...

off the front right. Just wondering if it would be safe to drive and how much would it be to replace one? Is it hard to change one?

Ya haha. Would it be cheaper if I just bought 1 and did it myself? Would that be hard?

If you have the tools to do it and a time to spare, DIY it. The stud is like a couple dollars.

You would be wise to buy a torque wrench too. Might save you a headache in the future.

Stay classy
Got mine done at a local little tire shop for $60 with labor. I didn't know they were so cheap to do or I would have done it myself. I also failed inspection for it, so fix it before you get it inspected!

Socal doesn't have inspections. Just smog which is not due for like 5-6 years on new cars.
