Civic common problems?

Ive got a few problems here, and im trying to pin point if its a common problem, or if its just my car. Here we go

1/Once in a while the car is hard to start, it will turn over a few times and then start. this only happaned a few times in the 2 years of ownership, but nether the less its quite odd.

2/Once in a while i hear a groan, from my drivers side power lock. It usually happans when i switch the car off, and the auto locks unlock. Again, this happans about a once a month.

3/Rattles everywhere, skip this once, i think its impossible to fix.

4/E brake got stuck a few times in the winter, it was frozen and i had to reverse to un freeze it.

5/passenger front door and drivers front door are not symetrical. the lower part on the passenger door has a larger gap on the bottom corner, then the drivers door. very weird.

And thats about it.
