everything works normal except the lights doesnt flash. it doesnt bother me much but if its an easy fix then ill try it. just dont want to take it to the dealership to get charged to have key programmed.

huh sounds like what would happen to mine idk what it was.... everytime I would do something electrical and then I would be done with the project and I go to lock the car it will lock but no lights or horn. but then five minutes later it will come back. this would happen about maybe 75% of the times

if its still doing it now since whenever it first did it then it might have been a fuse that blew that allows the lights to flash

Alarm/locking problem

I'm having this exact same problem with my 07 Si Sedan. Doors unlock fine, but the tail lights do not illuminate upon hitting the lock button. Also, the horn does not honk as normal when lock button is pressed twice. The alarm has gone off twice unexpectedly since this started a couple days ago.

It's not the key fob. Fuse? Battery? Doors? There is no indication that a door or the truck is not properly closed.

Thanks for any ideas.

My problem was a bad hood latch sensor. Disconnecting it fixed my alarm issues.
