Our Sunvisors Suk A**!!!

My wife came back home and i saw that the driver side sunvisor was split in half. After being pissed about her not taking care of the car, i found online that this is a "normal thing". Im out of warranty and im pretty sure the sunvisor costs quite a bit. If anybody has/had this problem and had it resolved please help me out!! Just in case is a 06 Civic LX

Same problem here, but my '07 was still under warranty. I knew this was a common problem as soon as I took the car to the dealer because they had a sun vison in stock, and the only reason they would have such an oddball item for such a new vehicle is of it breaks a lot.

I have had my two original visors replaced just before the 36K warrantee and was told Honda would cover them for the life of the car. I highly doubt that, but that is what my service manager told me.

The sun visors should be replaced even if you aren't under warranty. They do suck especially in hot weather, mine get stiff and dont want to fold down.
