Dash scratch/gouge

Anyone have a remedy for fixing a scratch or gouge. Mine is located near the bottom corner of the stereo closest to the glove box. I've got the dark interior and don't really feel like dealing with the dealer to replace the whole damn panel. It's a pretty small mark but I'm not sure if they sell paint to cover that mark up or not.

I was thinking a silver/gray sharpie but I'm not sure. I just don't want to be one of those people that goes back to the dealer for every scratch and ding and have them tell me "It's wear and tear, sorry".

Any help would be great, thanks in advance!

I apologize, a picture might be in order for this

That's a tiny little mark, I would not even notice it unless you circled it.

haha yeah I know, that's why I'm thinking a sharpie or some other gray paint might just do the trick... Wasn't sure if there was any color code available for that gray, or possibly if someone has the hue, saturation and brightness numbers so I can do a printout. I know Lowes Hardware can do color matching from printouts.

This also why I do not want to bother the dealer with such a small scuff/scratch/gouge whatever you want to call it. It certainly isn't worth my time to have them replace the dash piece. Besides after replacing the dash piece most inevitably the dash will start making noises. :)

I use a sharpie to fix any scratches in my ex with a black interior.

I'd just leave it, to be honest with you.

I scratched up the back of my coupe pretty good shoving my TV back there, and I'm fine with that. Gives the car character, you know?

There's some SEM paint that is almost an exact match for that gray. Wait until I get home and I'll get the number for you.
