Dash scratch/gouge
Anyone have a remedy for fixing a scratch or gouge. Mine is located near the bottom corner of the stereo closest to the glove box. I've got the dark interior and don't really feel like dealing with the dealer to replace the whole damn panel. It's a pretty small mark but I'm not sure if they sell paint to cover that mark up or not.
I was thinking a silver/gray sharpie but I'm not sure. I just don't want to be one of those people that goes back to the dealer for every scratch and ding and have them tell me "It's wear and tear, sorry". Any help would be great, thanks in advance! I apologize, a picture might be in order for this scratch.jpg Last edited by n3twrkm4n; 10-03-2006 at 02:12 PM. |

This also why I do not want to bother the dealer with such a small scuff/scratch/gouge whatever you want to call it. It certainly isn't worth my time to have them replace the dash piece. Besides after replacing the dash piece most inevitably the dash will start making noises. :) Last edited by n3twrkm4n; 10-03-2006 at 02:34 PM. |
