Throttle Problems

I'm currently putting a turbo on my car and I ran into some problems. I started my car and the throttle did not work. I was idling fine but when I pushed the pedal down it did not receive anymore gas. Anyone know anything about this situation.

Yes whoever helped you install the kit is stupid!!!

Try closing the coolant line to the flux capacitor.
