Can you replace the airbags on front seats?

Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy a set of seats for my 8th gen and I found a set but the airbag on the seat is blown, can I replace it with my current seat's airbag? Are the airbags replaceable without the seat becoming worthless? Anyone have a write up?
thanks!
