its fine. this will be my second winter in it (jan 17th). as w/ all front wheel drive cars if u loose traction u loose steering as well. it also is a light car so be carefull at speed. and the manual is kinda outa place in the snow but w/ a light foot its ok.

Surprisengly, the Si spins it's front wheels easier then you think, for a car with an LSD. I have one with the HPF Michelon PS2, and even though in dry weather they grip great, in the rain it's not as good as a all-season tire. I would definetly recommend getting a high performance winter tire if you live where you get a lot of snow. I live in NJ, so we get pretty harsh winters here. Not like in Canada, but pretty bad.

Whoever is running summer tires now, please dont be an idiot to drive with then in the snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've driven mine through the last winter and it was fine.

I don't think the LSD is even really all that noticable.. think.. if both of your wheels are on snow or ice... and one side loses traction... just how much more traction are you getting with the other tire on the same-ish surface?

Just take it nice and slow, you'll be fine.
