i get it free from the dealer i bought from. but i would just rotate yourself and only pay for the balance, but im cheap lol. If thats not your thing then just go with the tire shop for $25, theres no way anyone can screw up a tire rotation. Save the $15

I do the rotations myself, but you really should get your tires rebalanced about every 4 rotations (or 20k). The weights can fall off over time, or as the tire wears it can have an unbalanced nature even if it's wearing evenly.
