Need help, frozen rotor set screw, what to do?

I am replacing the rotors, however the rotor set screws are frozen. they are nearly stripped from trying to loosen them. What can I do? I have heard of drilling them out but how do I go about doing this?

Thanks.

Drill them out. Get a drill with a drill bit that's a little bit smaller than the hole and drill.

Autozone has some very nice drill bits for that. That's where I went to get my reversal drill bits.

Use an impact driver. I know it's too late now, but if you use one, you can remove them and re-install them without even a scratch.

I had to drill, i got new screws from the dealer, all 4 for a total of $2.50. I have 1 hole I have to rethread, but other than that, no damage.

I have found that you can use a chisel with a pointed tip and drive the screw counter-clockwise.
If you can't get it out of the hub plate, that's ok. You don't technically need the screw there for anything.
