How to remove a stripped screw on the MAF sensor?

I was taking a glance around today and I noticed one of the screws on my MAF has a stripped head. It certainly wasn't me because the last time I tampered with that was when I cleaned it and it was fine. It was either the shop that looked over the intake or the dealership (most likely) because they rechecked all connections including the MAF the last time I brought it in.

I wouldn't have cared so much about the situation, but I just ordered a new intake and I need this mofo out. Any ideas? I'm thinking about dremeling the top of the screw off, but I'm scared I'll cut into the MAF sensor. I think you can also "drill" into the screw, but I'm not too sure on that idea.

Sears or other hardware stores have a bit you can use to remove stripped screws:

I used a bit that is smaller than the diameter of the hole. Make sure the bit is used for metal. I would just drill it, 95% of the time come out very good
