Clicking sound from front driverside wheel

Since installing rpf1 enkei wheels with yoko s drives, I hear a click/clink sound between 1-10mph. Even in 2nd gear. It sounds like if you dropped a paper clip onto a piece of sheet metal. I hear it when the windows are down, but not when theyre up. I have the correct size hub rings. The previous owner didn't use hub rings for the short time he had the wheels on the car. He said the tires were balanced. Any ideas?

bump. Any thoughts? I put the old wheels on and there's no noise.
