Civic Scheduled Maintainence at 30K?

My wifes '07 Civic EX is at 30k and I want to do the maintenance this weekend. I'm going to do the oil (Mobil 1) and filter, ATF, clean the K&N filter, cabin filter, rotate the tires. Is there anything else that needs to be done? I called 2 dealerships and they both had different lists, but both were $300-400 so I'll do it myself thank you!

Also, how about using fuel injector cleaner? I've never used any fuel additives with this car but I use Seafoam (or other stuff) in my 96 Civic EX which has 197k on it. One dealership claimed that they added fuel and oil additives during the service, but I didn't ask specifically what they were talking about. Any ideas or opinions one way or another?

wow, that's pretty handy except that they want me to change the oil and filter at different times!
