Help urgent!!!!

Im trying to take off my strup header but i cant remember exactly how i need to tilt it or what to get it out i have the car all the way lifted as high as it can go on jack stands and i just cant figure out at all how to get it out can someone tell me exactly with alot of details how they get there headers out thanks in advance

i just installed my dcrh i think they are about the same... i just removed all the wires and the harness that held them down to free up some space

on the right hand side?? did you disconnect them or just take off the harness?

He is trying to take his out, not put it in lol. Do the backwards of that. Take the left out first by turning it, then the right should follow easily once you get the left out. Just mess with it and I'm sure you can get it figured out soon enough.

Definitely unbolt the wire harness on the right though and push it to the side so you can get the right side out without getting caught on the wires.
