Angry New custom exhaust, car vibrating when idle???

I got a custom exhaust with no resonator and a magnaflow performance muffler put on.
Car ran fine, but it was 2 loud for me.
So i returned to the shop today and had them add a resonator to lower its noise.
They added the resonator pretty much touching the cat.
Well now I LOVE THE SOUND of the car.
Its not loud at all.
But i noticed today that at idle, it runs a little rough,
I can feel a very faint vibration in steering wheel and shifter...
Once i turn the AC/HEAT on the vibration more then doubles.
This all happens at idle.
Once i give it some gas, all vibrations go away..
Does anyone know why this would happen?
Without the resonator it didnt vibrate at all...

well, im no expert at resonators, but the resonator is attached to your car, and if its dampening the noise, it must be absorbing the vibrations..

so if its attached to your cat, and thats attached to your piping, which is attached to your body, wouldnt it increase the vibrations....everywhere?

thats just my thought..

The exhaust is probally rubbing on the body somewhere. Take it back to the installer and have them fix it.
