Redline MTL vs. Redline MT-90

Just as the title says although I'm going off memory here so I'm not sure if I spelled them both correctly.

Is there a big difference between the 2? I've heard various people mention Redline MTL, but when looking for it I seem to find the MT-90 version and a lot of shops around here say they have been using it on Hondas without problems.

Not sure if there are any tranny specialists here, but I'd like to hear from people who have used the stuff in the past.

I'm running MTL right now. Made a difference right away. Made the change at 4k. At 10k now, the gears are feeling a little crunchy. Might try the Honda fluid again at 15.

I tried Redline shockproof gear oil in the diff. of my Mustang. It lasted about
8K miles. I don't care what anyone says, Redline is not that great.
