Clutch vibrates

I have a stock 06 SI. With the parking brake on, gear in neutral. I rev the engine up to around 3-4k then pump the clutch. The clutch will start vibrating like a back massager as I let up or push down the clutch. Higher the rev, higher the vibration. I can also feel it while driving. It’s very annoying. This car has 3k miles on it and it never vibrated till a few days ago. Is this normal as the clutch breaks in? What may be the cause of this?
