New noise after new Drive Belt & Tensioner

It's an 07 Si with 47,000km. The dealer installed new drive belt and tensioner and now I'm getting a metalic screech sound while acclerating as the car reaches slightly over 6,000 rpm. It doesn't sound like a belt slipping, more like a bearing or something. I never had the noise before they did the work.

So I'll have to bring it back to the dealer again. Pretty frustrating when you get a new noise after work was performed to try to fix an exisisting noise which is still there also.
