Corsportusa metal shift bushing

Hello, well just received my item from today and was planning to put it in. One this was, i have no idea how it was done. The instruction i got from corsportusa sucked. They told me to look at these pictures but there was no pictures at all... hahahha. Anyways, anyone have a DIY so I know how to install this bad boy? Will post result when done. I have a civic lx by the way. thanks
