yes...there are some screws at the bottom of the taillight...
if u dont take off the bumper you can still access them but you have to unclip the top part and bend it a little bit which i dont recommend...just take it off takes like 5 min |

i would honestly just try the tint out for a while man, if you like the way they look paint them. i painted mine, liked them for a while than had to buy some oem lights cuz i got tired of the black.
