No Welcome

when you turn on your audio system, it says welcome(unmodified). well mine turns on and just goes to the default display with the clock and station and etc.......i am just wondering how i can get my welcome back??

i noticed this problem because i tried to change my "welcome" only to realize it doesnt exist anymore. my friend suggesting resetting my audio system but i dont know how to do that

Try what they said first, even when I dissconnect my audio, it still leaves the welcome screen the same, I don't know if its possible to "reset" it.

To reset your audio system just disconnect your battery for 3-4 minutes then reconnected it. Then when you start the car up it will ask for the audio security code which can be found in one of your manuals they gave you at the dealership. should be a 5 # code.

Even when I do that my welcome message doesn't change.
