stupid warranty

So i assume most of you have the same issue as I do with the 3rd gear grind and some funny noise coming from the transmission or clutch.
Well my dealership told me that I would have to bring it in to test drive it and then diagnose this problem.
My question is HOW am i suppose to duplicate this problem when it happens here and there.
They also indicated to me that it's a known problem but why haven't they put it up on the service bulletin or the recall?

Has anybody gotten their warranty to cover this problem? If so, how did you get them to without them being ********

Here you go. I don't see why they won't warranty it since there seems to be an issue with your cars 3rd gear.

That's sweet. What about the clutch/transmission?

The third gear replacement directly deals with the transmission. Usually only third gear. Second gear, you better have a really good dealership if you expect a 2-3 gear replacement.

As far as the clutch. Haha, don't bother - that's 'wear and tear' as they put it.

As far as ease of diagnosis, if you live in a really cold climate, or it takes awhile to get the car to normal operating temperature, haev them drive it hard when it's cold.

It's not pretty. The car bucks like a whore, and the transmission doesn't want to engage gears or stay in them.
