Yeah it happens to me too but only when I'm shifting very hard and fast.

I used to have it until someone on a thread suggested I pull the shifter hard all the way to the left when shifting fast into 2nd. It worked for me

Yeah, I jam it against the side wall, and it slides in fine. I will admit to having it pop out of gear when I'm revving high though. That was before I got my new shifter, and when I was trying to be slick and shifting when the light's solid. Now, not so much, but I shift at 7.5k.

welcome to the wonderful world of k-series trannies. There was a fix out for the 03-04 RSX-S with this problem. It has something to do with 5th and 6th gear synchros screwing up the timing on shifts or somethig.

Temp fix is higher grade tranny fluids like Royal Purple Syncromax. Or you can see if the Si will take a DC5R transmission.

Never had that problem and I redline a lot. This may sound dumb, but make sure your pushing in the clutch all the way (seriously)...When your redlining and having fun you may not be engaging the clutch all the way. In fact, I find it goes into gear easier at high revs...

might I recommend taking it to a different dealership? or if it's not in running condition, make them *tow* it to another dealership?
