Slight exhaust leak 1st Vtec every time I drive..

Hey I put on my Tanabe a few weeks ago, as soon as the car is at normal operating temps (10 min of driving) and I take it to redline I will get a leak-but only the first time. Any additional WOT after the first time does not do it, I'm guessing from the metals heating up and tightening the seal.

Should I tighten up the bolts when the car is cold?

Are you sure it's not your Purge Valve from your Nitrous system?

If there was a slight exhaust leak it probably has sealed itself once the metal got hot enough. But it wont hurt to put it on some ramps and recheck the bolts just in case.
