you can get behind it, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have done body work before. If the dent is minor, I would find a qualified paintless dent repair person and have them do the work. For roughly $100 it should be near perfect again, but this only works for minor dents, otherwise its bondo and repaint time. You only replace the quarter panel if repair time costs more then a new panel.
