Unhappy Strange liquidy/slushy sound

My girlfriend's 07 LX sedan is making a weird liquidy sound. The best I can explain it is that it sounds like a fish tank with a water pump. You can't notice it really when the car is moving moderately, but it is noticeable when it's driving slow or stopped. The sound doesn't occur all the time, it's pretty random. You can hear it from outside the car and inside as well. There are no leaks under the car or in the engine compartment. Has anyone experienced a sound like this from their car?

On a side note, we took the car in to the dealership for the pulley bolt recall and asked the service adviser to put a note to have a mechanic check out the sound. They said they didn't see anything mechanically wrong, but asked if she had been in an accident, which she had been (a minor one). They asked if the noise started occurring after the accident, and it did, but it started like a month or so after the car had been repaired. The dealership said that they wouldn't cover inspection for the noise since it happened after the accident? Is there any way to get around this since the few damaged parts in the car were replaced with brand new ones?

Had a car a while ago that it sounded like running water when I turned... Turned out my coolant was low... Dont ask me how or why it just happened.

thats what i was told too when i had this same problem on my 02 LX. Mine would happen when i would go to stop. It was almost like the "water noise" would run through the car. It was so wierd and loud. I had never heard it in any other car before...

its coolant. almost guarantee it.
you hear it in the dash? middle dash to passenger side...behind the glove box?
probly have air in the system. bleed the coolant system and add fluid to top it off.

The problem is that they bled the coolant when they replaced the pulley bolts but apparently the sound is still there. I don't think it's gas in the tank because once I heard it when the car was idling in the garage. Plus, the sound was coming from the engine bay, not the fuel tank area. Any other ideas? Maybe the dealership didn't completely bleed the coolant?
