Bad 4th gear hesitation

Ok so my mods are, Injen CAI, Megan Racing mid-pipe, P2R TBS+TBG, Reflash, Struking SS + bushings...when im driving very agressivley shifting at redline, and i hit 4th gear and hit the accellerator i get a reallllly bad hesitaion. Does anyone else get that?

I just get a little amt of delayed throttle response from 3rd redline into 4th
im stock btw
