Fender Wheel Lining

ok so first off i have no idea what section to put this in, so sorry in advance if its in the wrong place.....

ok so the problem is that today driving home from school i had a rock or something come up under the front bumper and knock loose the black plastic under the front bumper, therefore knocking off the fender wheel lining to the point of it burning and melting on my wheel....now is there a way to replace this bc i dont wanna remove it even though it is on the passenger side. please help dont want this thing moving around anymore.

Buy some of the clips at autozone or auto parts store. Put them on and see if they keep the fender lining together. If your fender lining is really messed up you might have to replace it.
