A'PEXi Neo??

My friend has a 08 Scion TC and pointed me in the direction of the A'PEXi Neo in hopes that i could adjust vtech how ever the system doesnt work with iVtech
so does anyone have any ideas on how to lower my vtech rate i have an FGS and really want vtech to kick in at like 3 or 4 grand.

reflash is the only way right now that i know of

Unless you have supporting mods, there is no reason to lower the VTEC crossover. Even with basic bolt ons it's pretty much useless, you'll end up losing power.
