Help my speakers not working..

Hello today i bought a 200 watts amp for my rear speaker..and i tried hooking it up everything works fine the rear speaker sounded alot better.but there is a buzzing noise..even when the music is off..so i rewired everything again and i heard a uncomfortable sound thats so loud on my rear speaker..and now all of my speakers are not working..i checked the Fuses under the hood and under the dash the audio amps fuse seems fine...what do i do now? what number fuse should i check..please help i cannot listen to any music at all..

still under warranty? if so take out that amp and take it in for some service... but if not how did you hook everthing up? aftermarket head or stock?



trouble shooting steps
1-check power or ground
2-check fuses/cb's
3-inspect wires for chaffing/or cuts
4-if none found break out a multimeter check from wire to wire doing a continuity checks.

another question does the radio come on? as in light up and display?

yea i have a clarion flip out...everything works in the radio...it comes on it plays dvd still..but still no sounds coming out from thje speakers

i checked some fuses and they all look good...can you tell me which fuse can i check for? which location and what number.

Are you running off the factory amp, using an amp integration harness? If you are then you might have blown your OEM amp. Try hooking up a speaker or two using the amp you bought bypassing the OEM amp, if you get music then your OEM amp may be the problem
