Weird sound when turning wheel all the way.

Guys I have a problem if anybody can give some tips. Lately ive been noticing when either I turn the steering all the way left when driving like maybe 5mph theres this strange sound that I hear. Im not sure about turning it all the way to the right. Last night its gotten a whole lot worse so I thought Id ask. Does anybody have a related problem or heard? Id take a lil video of the sound but I dont have the equipment

You should describe the sound.

If it's "clicking", that is usually a bad CV joint, but I think it's unlikely if you have a newer car, and it looks to me like you have an 8th gen which I would consider newer. If the CV boot is ripped it's more likely to be a CV joint though, because the joint will lose the grease it needs.

is it like a "clunk" sound when you turn the steeriing wheel all the way in one direction? if so, i have that at start up along with a slight groaning sound. i have to take it in for a 22,000 mile service anyway so i'll have them look at it.

Damn im sorry I keep forgetting to post what kind of car i have. I have an 07si. It has about almost 25k miles on it and the only thing thats been changed is oil changes. I havent replaced anything in the car. But yea when I turn the wheel its making a sound like if the tires are flapping against that cover between the wheel and near the fender. But its not. The sound has gotten worse. Idk but my friend told me it could be the front struts. Ugh I wish I was mechanic wise

Id take it to the dealer but I have no money to spend. Not sure if its still under warranty. The sound sounds like its making a groaning sound. It only sounds when turning left not right. Or kinda sounds like im driving on a bumpy road but not actually feeling the bumps since it makes that noise when im driving like 5mph either trying to reverse and turning vice versa. Idk what it could be.

I have the same "problem", after read a lot and go more than 3 different dealers, I went to a very good last night here in Manhattan, they earn the President award in Service, after I get there my car didn't make any noise, but the Manager kind of convinced me, he explain to me that when cold the brake brackets are contracts so there is when you hear the noise, and once they warm up they noise disappear or happen less often. It was funny my car won't make any noise in front of the mechanics, but the guy says if something was wrong it would be worst by now, but the noise seems to be always the same , no worst.
