Rubber coil-pack rings on valve cover (how to remove??)

Hey guys, tons of info on here, but couldn't find what I was looking for. SRI will be in next week, but I decided to take today to tinker on the car. All 4 corners are off the ground and I'm painting the calipers, while this is going I decided to remove the valve cover and send it out for some p-coatings (red....duh...) lol

I got all the windshield parts out and had no issues at all remove it, but there are four rubber grommets that seal up for the coil-packs, how do I remove those for p-coating?? Can they take the heat of the oven or not??? hAlp!!!
