What do you see in THIS picture?

need help identifying this part. I believe it comes off a 2006 RSX Type-S. But I can't figure out what exactly it is. If you are sure you know what it is, than please let me know. Thanks for the help.

Put something else in the picture for a size reference.

Looks a bit like an oil fill cap.

no im pretty sure its the cam seal. . . it screws into the head at one end of the cams and keeps oil from leaking

Yeah, it does seem to have pretty fine threads for an oil cap, which is why I figured a size reference picture would be helpful.

I can't send you a different picture. This is from my friend in Switzerland. He asked me to help him figure out what it was for. He said he wants to change out all the plastic caps to metal ones like this. Do the cam seal covers screw in on the K20 motors? I wish I had my K20A aready so I could just look myself. Again thanks for the help.
