Front end noise...will they warranty?

I have this frontend noise that I can hear when I come to a stop, without radio and windows up. I have a 2008 Si and it only has 800 miles on it. It sounds sort of like a slight squeaking or a little thumping. I have no idea what it is! I have i/h/e sitting around and I wanted to put them on this week because I go on vaca on saturaday. Do you think if I put those things on, will honda not want to warranty my car? Any idea on what the noise can be/ or if honda will still look at my car after I put those things on?

I have no idea what i/h/e is, but I would reccomend you do nothing in the way of mods until you see the dealer.
Last winter my car started to make a thumping noise in the front end. Took it in, and it turned out it was faulty strut bushings. They replaced them under warranty, problem solved.

sounds like the bump stop problem. Go to local dealer and get it warrantied, THEN put on your mods. there's a TSB for it on some of the older models, and if it's happening to you, just say there's a TSB for it (something Service Bulletin).

Here's TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) 07-078 that addresses that issue. The TSB doesn't cover model year 2008 but maybe it should?

TSb should cover 08 models, im having a few probs, im having the clicking noise and a weird noise when i go over 70
