I'm not a Civic guy, I just found this thread as I am going through the same sort of thing. I have so far sent him 2 emails and I figured I would give him 3 days to respond and then I'm going to call him at 585-262-3529

Sorry to hear about your troubles, I hope you get your items. If you used Paypal, they can help you out a whole lot. I had to call them to file a claim against this guy and magically my items came within 3 days later, go figure huh? Well good luck to you nstg8r.
