Just updated my rear turns with the chrome dome amber from autolumination.com.
They show just a little more orange than id like, but they are just as bright has the OEM bulbs. Check out the pics in case you were wondering what they look like. The bulb number is 7440 and they fit perfectly!

arent 7440's the same as 7443's except that theyre single fillament as opposed to dual? I have a set of 7440's lying around, hoping they will fit so I dont gotta buy new ones

I did the chrome thing on the back. It looks great, but then, I'm paranoid about how much brightness I've lost through the silver. I might go LED, we'll see. The whole load resistor thing is also annoying. Well look at me, just full of complaints. So sorry!

Ordered mine off eBay tonight. I want to clear the headlights but I'm completely terrified to bake them!

Did anyone else have a hard time getting the screws out? Mine are being very very stubborn.

Instead of ordering them you could just go to pep boys like I did and buy them. They are the Sylvania 7443 I put them in my SI right now are work just fine. The bulbs cost me about 7.00

Yeah most stores didn't carry em around me either. Then again, maybe what I was asking for didn't come out right

I haven't seen them in any stores either.

Oh well.

They're installed and looking sharp.

Can't wait to change my headlights out.

I explained the bulb had a chrome coating but lit amber...only 1/2 the people knew what I meant.
Then I had one burn out on me and I had to wait 4 days for a new one. I wised up and ordered extras just in case it happens again so I don't have to wait

Thank for the DIY, i put them in today! It took about 10 minutes total. Easy install with a great final look. Nice and clean, and still legal. Thanks for the help!
