i would clear them if i were you, i spray tinted my tails on my accord and you could tell it faded over a year.

I dont know if anyone has tried this, but what about tinting the actual reflective surface on the housing? Not the whole thing, but for example, on the front turn indicators (after opening the housing and removing the yellow plastic) you could paint the surface in that whole section. It seems like it would give it more of an exotic look instead of a "ricer" look, almost like the headlights of a Corvette or 360 Modena

I just had my blue civic lights done in a blue film that matches the paint..., very nice:)
