OK, here's a pic of what I'm doing. (Pic is kinda angled)



The side I'm prying is the driver's side. I've tried going all along that side using a small screwdriver, a boxcutter, even the screwdriver and knife things on my Swiss army knife.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you putting any force in your pry? I just went to double check on my ride, and i cannot see how the light isn't popping out for you. All you should have to do is stick the screwdriver in there and pry down ... there is no need to go along any other side with a screw driver.

ur not going in far enough, its about 2-3 inches think, ur in the right spot tho, go in deep, take it slow!!!!

I'm applying quite a bit of pressure. Any more and I'm afraid the cover would crack...
I guess I'll give it another try in a bit...

lol its not just the amount of pressure, stick that screw driver in their deep

hay blackdragoon Ill take a video tomorrow and see if that can help you. Not sure why you can't get it out, theres only a small tab that holds it in place.

great diy i got my bulbs in the mail this afternoon and switched em out when i got home from work. it took all of about 30 sec and they look great
