i ordered my fog lights off of ebay and for some reason they were missing a wire that was shown in the diagram, and they come on with my parking lights but also when i have my low beams on and turn on my high beams they don't shut off(like they should) but it is more fun when people piss you off and you high beam them

in the even that is impossible, which kit did you buy off ebay? it would be nice to buy a kit that i wouldn't have to rewire anything and be able to turn them on w/ parking lights and stay on w/ high beams.

is it possible to have the fogs turn on with the DRL's and the lowbeams? i know that might seem like a stupid easy to answer question, but I'm just curious as to which fuse i have to cut in or whatever, thanks

if u buy the aftermarket kits, u dont have to cut or do nething, they should work automatically
if u need to spice, splice into the parking lights, cause then u can turn them on and use the fogs

so if i buy say k2 motors fogs, they can be turned on whenever i want? whenever does not mean only with parking lights/low beams/high beams.

in the daytime in my prelude i'd sometimes run them for fun w/ out parking lights on just because i wanted. or night pics of the car w/ just fogs were pretty hot.

also i suppose it's just this whole thing about newer cars not letting you do what you want w/ them that bugs me.
why woulnd't it let you turn on fogs whenever you want?
why wouldn't it let you keep fogs on w/ highbeams?
i know about the law about no more than 4 forward facing lights, but let me be the one to decide to follow that rule or break that rule.
see where i'm coming from?

i wuz gonna put sum HIDs is my fogs...but everytime i shut my car and i use the remote the cars park lights flicker and so thus the fog lights....

seeing this i turned down the idea of turning them lights into HIDs czu i know i'm gonna screw them up in a record time...everytime i get out of the car i lock it up....unlock and lock...

there goes my money!!

Can someone put up a picture of what the switch looks like on the inside. I just got mine in, but I think the switch was put on upside down.
Also, my switch illuminates orange, what color does everyone switch have?
