in the first pic did you tap into the red/black wire? and did you tap the purple wire on the back end of the oem fog switch? and on the relay harness that red/white wire is a 12v constent, and the blue on is the neg that activates the relay. hope that helps

I took the red/white and tapped into the red/black then took the purple and tapped into the blue. I can hear the relay clicking when I connect the last wire (didn't remove fuse) but no lights...gonna check the fuse anyway just in case plus I went and got different connectors from maintenance. Lunch is in 30 minutes so I won't be rushed and I can do it right

the red/white and the blue wire are gonna have to be cut. leave some to be tapped, or spliced into. i think that you have two 12v sources going though the relay right how and possible be burning it up. do the fogs come on as normal. like with the headlights on? and you might have fried the fuse. i went though alot trying to firgure this out

Yea I cut those two and for the time being just took a male end and pushed them into the connectors where the red/black and purple are. The fogs don't work at all right now but I'm heading back out in a few minutes and see what I come up with. The good thing is everything can still be returned to the way it was if I have to but now I'm on a mission

I don't like that you can't edit posts in the DIY section. I have spare fuses and a spare relay if need be but i'm determined to get this working by 1:00

I put them back to factory wiring and they work. I still have the wires I spliced in place but they won't work with just the parking lights
