sealant?

next remove the old sealant from both the lens and the back cover with the razor blade and clean the surface good for resealing. put the haeadlight assembly back together just how you took it apart, minus the amber peices, and then reseal it with a flexible clear sealant from any auto parts store.

then reinstall the headlight, and repeat for the other side.

what sealant did you use?

I did not. I just reheated the oem tack/adhesive. It's been like that for a long while now and has been through several car washings/rains/storms. No condensation.

i did mine at 275 for 8 minutes and that worked the best. i took out the orange and grey rings on the highbeams and just left them out, you dont even notice that there is nothing there without staring right at it

Sucked up my gut and did this last night...took four hours...pics can be posted when I get home. I can make a more detailed write up than the OP probably ( No offense but I included bumper removal in mine.) If anybody has any questions or wants to see the pics or another writeup pm me, I check this pretty regularly.

How long did you put the lights back in the oven for the stock adhesive to adhere to the lights again?

Wow, looks good. Ima kinda iffy on putting my headlight in the oven. I tried that with my fog light to unscrew the resistor so that the light is brighter, it didnt work i ended up cracking the glass when i tried to take it off so i just took it out then and replaced both of them with pexi glass.
