degunk then with a shot of wd-40 and with a bit of persistance, a smaller flat head screwdriver, your wishes will come true. Depending on where you live, You probably have a bunch of gunk clogging up the stem of the anchor. The best way to pull the center pin out of the anchors are to stick a flathead screwdriver until it hits the stem and just turn the screwdriver 90 degrees. That should be enough.. or get a panel tool.. has a V groove in it.

The other ones I got out or tried to get out had sand and crap in it from the winter and road debris. I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

Alright, I got all the bolts off guys, thanks! Do I just remove the cover. It still wont come off, looks like they're still attached to the hinges by the headlights.

Alright guys, thanks for your help. I just had to change the broken foglight from the driver side. I did follow the college hills instructions and had all the bolts from the grill, sides of the bumper, and bottoms off. When you peel the bumper off, there is hinges below the headlights that the bumper is attached to. Just carefully try to pull it off slowly. The bottom plastic bolts are a PITA. They were stuck with gunk and sand so what I did was used a small thin flathead screwdriver to get the centers of the bolts up and a little loose (getting the flathead under the bolt and turning it 90 degrees)..then used a bigger flathead screwdriver to pry and pull them off (sometimes turning it 90 degrees to get them further up). Seems to work the best for me. Thank you for all your help!

Exclamation Help!

I was told the blue wire is for the fog light indicator on dash board....Is it a ground for the indicator or does it supply power to indicator on dash?

I would really like to install this fog light kit on my 2007 Si but instead of a blank slot in the dash I have a VSC off button, so I have nowhere to put the switch.

This said to hide it under the dash and the fogs would come on when the parking lights come on. Are the parking lights the ones that turn on right before the low beams?
